  • How does ordering process work?

    The ordering process goes like this:

    1. You place the order.
    2. We confirm the stock availability.
    3. If something is out of stock, we discuss the solution with you.
    4. We approve the order and send you the payment instructions.
    5. You pay for the order.
    6. After the order is paid for, our warehouse starts assembling it.
    7. As soon as the order is assembled it is shipped and we send you the tracking number.
  • When is my order going to be shipped?

    We always strive to ship our orders as soon as possible. However, depending on the availability of products, it may take some time to acquire them. If the order was not shipped within 10 days after the payment date, please do not hesitate to contact us via the contact form.

  • How do I modify an order?

    To modify an order simply reply to an email you received with the invoice or contact us via the contact form.

  • Do I need to pay for taxes/duties?

    All products sold by us, do not include duties and taxes. There are only product amounts and shipping fees charged on your orders.

    Customs Policies widely vary in different countries. We have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. The additional charges such as customs clearance fees, local shipping charges, or admin charges would be borne by you.

    If your packages were detained by your country customs, please contact us to offer the related commercial invoice and shipping documents.

  • How much is the customs fee?

    Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the customs will not charge you additional fees. Please check your local laws regarding this matter. If you wish to make a large order, you can also split it into smaller ones in order to avoid reaching the import limit.

  • What to do if my order is stuck at customs?

    In case your order got stuck at customs, please reach out to us providing any information you got from the customs, we will do our best to assist you with this situation from our end.

  • I received a note saying that some items in my order are out of stock. Why did that happen and what should I do?

    Firstly, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience. As some items are on a backorder, sometimes they can be out of stock, even if the website says otherwise. You can simply reply to the email you received and specify how you would like to proceed next.

  • Do you ship to a particular country?

    We ship worldwide. In case there are some issues found with the shipping, we will notify you immediately via email to figure out an acceptable solution.

  • Where do you ship from?

    We have multiple warehouses and fulfilment centres around the world. They are located outside of the EU.

  • How much is shipping?

    The shipping price varies depending on the order subtotal and the shipping method. Please check this article for more information about shipping price:

  • What are your shipping options?

    We provide First Class Airmail and Express shipping options.
    First Class Airmail is a Standard option; the order will be shipped by the regular mail.
    With Express shipping your order will be shipped through one of the premium carriers, such as DHL or Aramex. This is a faster and more secure option.

  • What currencies do you accept?

    We accept USD ($, United States Dollars).

  • What payment options do you accept?

    We accept most major credit cards, Western Union as well as Bitcoins.

  • Can I order a part of a miniature/do you accept custom orders?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept custom orders, all products are sold only as described.

  • The miniature arrived broken or something is missing from the order.

    Our apologies for this situation. We do our best to ensure that our miniatures are top notch quality, however, in case you found any defects in the received product or any parts are missing, please contact us through the contact form and provide the following details:

    • Order Number

    • Item Names with issues

    • Description of the issues

    • Photos of the items with issues
