You place your order online, we will confirm stock availability, this usually takes 24-48 hours. Shortly after the stock is confirmed, we will email you an invoice along with the payment instructions.
Once we receive your payment, your order will be sent off for packaging and will be dropped off in the post office within 1-2 business days. 24 Hours after your order is dropped off at a local postal office, we will email you the tracking number.
How fast do you process my order?
Orders are usually shipped between 3 to 7 days. However, it is inevitable that there will be some delays under certain circumstances.
Always feel free to contact us to ask where your order is! Of course, if some items are in or out of stock, we will generally split your order and send the items we have in stock immediately and order the out of stock items the same day.

Replacement of defected/missing items
We do our best to ensure that our miniatures are top notch quality, but if you found any defects in the received product or any parts are missing, please take a photo of the whole package and email it to us.
We will issue a free replacement along with free shipping or a discount on the following purchase.

Based on our experiences packages hardly ever go missing. Usually, they are just delayed.
If you believe your package was lost by a courier, we will issue an immediate replacement.
My goods are stuck at customs?
We advise you to split big orders into multiple ones, but in case your package gets stuck at customs please email our sales and we will issue an invoice for you.
